Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you'll need to reschedule an appointment. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel within the 24 hour window a charge may be applied. Cancellations should be made by email on acutabove.hair@gmail.com or text/WhatsApp 07738 246527.

A deposit of £50 may be requested 5 days prior to colour appointments over 3 hours. Please ask your stylist if this applies.

Patch Testing

New guests to colour
We will ask you for a patch test 24-48 hours before a treatment.

Existing guests
We may ask you for a patch test if:

• You have had a break moer thn 6 months between colour application
• You have had a change in medical history, or if you've been pregnant or gone through the menopause
• There’s been a change in the product you’re using
• The product manufacturer recommends carrying out a patch test more often.
